Merry Christmas (Hope)

If you would have told me 5 years ago that I would be who I am and where I am today ,I wouldn't have believed you...

The future is always such a daunting unimaginable place,and no amount of planning can actually determine where you will be years from now.

I have found that the only plans worth having, are plans to embrace whatever comes your way, to embrace the changes life brings head on with faith and trust in God.

Letting go of the control whether in busy chaos or calm pleasant seasons,

we are to hold to this one truth ,

this one reality.

We. are. loved.

treasured.

Cared for,

by our beloved creator ,friend, and father.

When we leave our life in His hands ,

We don't have to know what tomorrow holds, '

because we have today, and today is enough.

We should embrace today and know that no matter what comes,

our Father's loving arms will keep us safe from destruction.

We are under the protection of the Most High,

so we need not fear.

We need only to trust and embrace the change gladly and freely.

I am so happy to be who I am and where I am in God's hands (and in this life).

He knew despite all my imaginings and planning's, years prior, what the future held for me.

Although I never imagined myself in this place,

no plan or dream that I made up in my own head as a child or even a teenager could possibly compare to the joy that I feel right now, the contentment I find in Him, the peace in my spirit and soul.

This is what I always wanted...

The simple pleasure of my life.

Every moment (good or bad) that has led up to this one moment, has been a God send and a blessing.

I am so thankful,so happy to be who I am, and (more importantly) to know who I am.

I am so gifted and blessed to have the family that I do, and the love that I possess.

Those who have always pushed and encouraged me to be myself.

Who have shaped my character, and given me (and always Pointed me to) the truth, time and time again.

I am blessed, SO blessed, to have so many beautiful things in my life.

How could I ask for more.

Our lives are only a reflection of what we pursue,

pursue life (his life) and you shall reflect life itself.

Life=Jesus and the more we pursue Him and trust Him the better off our lives will always be.

When we look back over our lives in the end, we'll see that each sacrifice made,was actually one step towards greater blessing and we will find that every experience that has made us who we are is something to be grateful for.

My prayer and my hope is that we always gain sight, more and more, of this truth ( that through each twist and turn), we know that we are blessed, OH so loved, and that we always,always feel it!
