Embrace The Journey...

Ive waited for promises,and truths to come about,

In all my waiting I have learned one thing...

The wait is not the focus.

I do not live to wait for things,

even if I know they are promised,

even if I know one day all of my hearts desires will be fulfilled.

I do not cling to that knowledge as if its my last thread of hope.

If I were to do that I would surely be disappointed...

Anything outside of God will leave you unfulfilled,

(even the fulfillment of all you desires,hopes, and dreams)

It is all meaningless without Him.

Life with God is a constant shaping, redefining, molding, adventure,that makes you into the person that you were created to be.

NOTHING is more important than you becoming that person,no dream no desire is worth clinging to, if it prevents you from becoming the person God wants you to be...

Yes in the shaping and molding some dreams will come true

(Especially those dreams our hearts desire most)

But it will not come in the way we may imagine or think...Instead it will come in the letting go of expectation of how things should happen or come about.

It will come through the blind faith of taking a step in the dark and not seeing the rest of the picture,

You may not know how your getting there, but thats how we all learn to trust.

One step at a time,one leap of faith.

knowing that the end result will be the most amazing, most perfect, most beautiful of results.

Knowing that we have absolutely nothing to do with getting ourselves to that result.

That its completely on Him our loving Father.

Each step takes a different measure of faith, Some steps are greater than others,

But I can assure you that in all of life's complexities,in all of the journeys,heartaches, and adventures we face.

ONE thing remains true and that is.

"It's ALL working together for our Good"

and since when has anything God calls good not been so....

(Romans 8 :28) And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
