Give Me a Break!

Im walking on Water,

the struggle is real,

My feet on the ocean,

yet pavement I feel.

I take my eyes of you

for one little glance,

and start to sink slowly.

Ive ruined my chance.

Give me a reason that I will believe,

cause no matter how I try I just cant conceive,

How your Love's redeemed me

your holding my hand

and

all of a sudden Im back on dry land.

Peace is a place that you only find, when you hand over your heart & hand over your mind.

"Give me some solace God, give me a Break" But all that He's given is all that it takes.

Its in all these moments the dark and the loss we find what were searching at the feet of the Cross.

His heart is surrender, His desire is plain,

he wants to give each of us a brand new name.

His love was still faithful through the pain and the doubting,

His voice is still out there not quiet but shouting.

If we'd only listen to what He has to say,

and trust in His promise

we'd have peace everyday...
